2、与客户的沟通仅仅是为了完成和应付，完全不考虑客户的实际要求，任务完成的的有效性值得商惴。
Communication with customers is merely based on delivering and payment. No due consideration of customers actual requirements. Poor effectiveness.
3、工作中缺乏大局观，经常在相同的问题上出错误并与其他同事的关系很糟糕。
Can’t see the overall big picture. Endless loop within the same issue and impacting other colleagues
4、错误发生后不能接受批评，总认为自己的想法是正确的，而忽略别人的批评和建议，总喜欢按自己的方法做事。
Unable to accept criticism. Always thinks that him/her thoughts are correct. Ignore others criticism and advise. Prefer his/her own methods.
5、没有职业发展的长期计划，没有确切的发展方向和职业目标，安于现状，不思进取，不知变通。
No plans for career development. No inspiration and career goals. Prefer to stay status quo for entire life.
